Professionals in their element
We have been clients for over five years and we’ve enjoyed being a part of their journey. We first decided to appoint WPM since my family personally know Dave. But the reasons to stay became evident immediately & continue to this day. Firstly, they’ve always been able to source good quality tenants, either from their network or through effective marketing, for decent rent. Secondly, Sharon (our property manager) is the ultimate professional. Sharon has vast experience & complete knowledge of all relevant leases, Acts & bylaws. It is a pleasure to speak with Sharon & I’m sure tenants likely feel the same way. We have another property in a different area & I often wish those property managers were more like Sharon and MacArthur.
