As a landlord with a busy life I want to spend as little time as possible managing my investment property but also need a realtor that is able to cater for the needs of both me and my tenant. Not good experience.
Treated us like second class citizens instead of customers. We paid rent on time, looked after house, but had to beg for everything when things needed fixing. Property manager was an officious bully, ended up mostly dealing with her superior who was nice. Put in complaint but little done about it. Rent was overpriced for state of the house.
