Poor Communication
I haven't had a good experience with most of the agents I've had for the property I lived in. They were not very good at communication. They very rarely responded to maintenance requests via email and then sometimes denied requests to fix basic things like heating. I was willing to attribute this partly to the landlord however they also were rude on the phone and rarely turned up for inspections. Would not recommend to renters due to this.

Great agency
I was homeless, and no real estate was giving me a chance. Dave got in contact with me and between him, amelia and bec I got a lovely little unit in a week. I can thank them enough I will be staying with this real estate even if I move.
