The agents are always friendly and welcoming. In face-to-face meetings, I have not been left waiting. But they are generally unresponsive and unhelpful via any other medium. I was given the wrong information on where to collect the keys on move in day, I was then handed a bundle of 20+ keys without instruction from the agent. I was instead told that the agency did not know the use of each key. 17 of the 20+ keys did not fit or open anything in the house, but there are numerous locks that I cannot open. I delivered the keys back into the agent's hands, asked (via email) for confirmation of the receipt (for legal purposes) and requested that the usable keys be found. I have since heard nothing. That was three weeks ago. I would like to be able to open some windows from time to time...
