Richard is a great real estate agent in the area of West Perth. I needed to sell my one bedroom apartment in West Perth in a timely manner but it needed some work to modernise and cater for today's clients. Richard not only had really good ideas as to what to renovate (and areas not worth modernising) but he also had great contacts who were on hand to complete the works quickly.
