The sale was complicated by the tenants having a long term tenancy agreement and we had a certain urgency for a sale . There was enormous interest initially due to the desirability of the property but that waned as the potential buyers saw the issues with the tenant agreement . This is where Jim stepped in and showed his colours as he nurtured the the last few potential buyers in to a FOMO situation .
