My experience of selling my apartment through Richard was exceptional. I first contacted him six months out from when I expected to sell. Changes in my work and personal circumstances pushed that out a further six months. Richard kept in touch to keep me appraised of the market conditions throughout, allowing me to find a time that was convenient for me. Once the decision was made the sales process was quick, efficient and trouble free. I believe that Richard is entirely in tune with the market. He made sure that my apartment was displayed in its best light and was highly visible in the market. The open home he arranged was very well attended and prompted numerous offers. We are delighted with the service Jim provided when selling our investment property in Nedlands. We are based outside of WA, and as such we relied entirely on Jim to prepare and stage our property as well as managing the sale. Jim provided excellent advice on what improvements were needed ahead of selling, and also helped us immensely with finding suppliers and facilitating access. Following the preparation stage, Jim updated us regularly on the outcomes of home opens and potential buyers. Through no fault of Jim’s the first contract of sale fell over, and he gave us invaluable support and guidance as that process played out. When the property did go back on the market he had several offers waiting for us, ready to go. This is absolutely a testament to his dedication, and to how effectively he communicated with potential buyers during an uncertain time.
