Richards market knowledge, communication and professionalism was excellent

My elderly Father had to go into permanent residential care. As his POA the responsibility for selling his unit fell to me. I chose Richard and his agency based on their sales record in the area. Richard met me at the unit and took me through the process of selling while inspecting the unit. He gave me an estimate for what he thought we could get for the sale of the unit and explained the sales contract to me. Richard was not pushy he was polite and respectful and listened to my reason for selling the unit while answering all of my questions. I contracted Richard and the agency to sell the unit and after the first weekend of showing we had an offer that exceeded the asking price. Richard and the team at Mack Hall Real Estate also helped with organizing the certificate of currency from the Strata managers and electrical safety and smoke alarm certificate. Richard got a good price for my Fathers unit and made the experience as stressless and easy as could be possible.
