Mackay City Property helped lease this property

Outstanding service and great communication.

I have been renting with Mackay City Property for nearly three and a half years and counting, and my experience throughout has been outstanding. Their communication is clear, polite, and remarkably prompt. Any time I have submitted a service or maintenance request, the team has responded quite promptly, making day-to-day tenancy completely stress-free. In all lease renewals and discussions, their approach has been very positive and straightforward. Because of our long-standing relationship and solid rental history, they went above and beyond to support me when moving into my current rental by putting in a strong recommendation and a good word with the property owner. Having a property management team that values good tenants and genuinely advocates for you is rare. Above all, they are consistently professional and dependable. I highly recommend Mackay City Property.
