Anne has a very solid grasp of the island’s real estate market and was able to show us multiple properties that met our brief and budget. We called her out of the blue on a Saturday while visiting the island, and within half an hour were picked up and taken to six properties, one of which we eventually bought the next day. Post sale and pre-settlement, Anne continued to be very helpful providing us with useful information and answering our left field queries, given we were new residents to the island. All in all, dealing with Anne was a very pleasant, friendly and seamless sales experience. Highly recommend.

Anne was a breath of fresh air, always available to speak to, friendly, caring and a consummate professional. Outstanding knowledge of the market. I had been trying to sell my block of land for 2 years before I found Anne and immediately there were enquiries. The block was a challenge, despite the challenges Anne had 2 contracts and sold the block within a couple of months. I cannot recommend Anne highly enough, it was an amazing experience.

We bought our home on Macleay Island from Anne in May 2023 and she made the process so easy. Anne referred us to providers for building and pest inspections, the local Bowls Club, Pub, and the like. So when it came time to sell our property in March 2024 (due to unforeseen circumstances) it was a no brainer to use Anne from Macleay island property again. Anne is realistic, pragmatic and says it how it is. There are no unrealistic expectations - just down to earth good advice. Anne had the house we were selling under contract within three days of us going on the market at a price that we were more than happy with. Anne and Marina made the whole process stress free.
