Anne has a very solid grasp of the island’s real estate market and was able to show us multiple properties that met our brief and budget. We called her out of the blue on a Saturday while visiting the island, and within half an hour were picked up and taken to six properties, one of which we eventually bought the next day. Post sale and pre-settlement, Anne continued to be very helpful providing us with useful information and answering our left field queries, given we were new residents to the island. All in all, dealing with Anne was a very pleasant, friendly and seamless sales experience. Highly recommend.

So when it came time to sell our property in March 2024 (due to unforeseen circumstances) it was a no brainer to use Anne from Macleay island property again. Anne is realistic, pragmatic and says it how it is. There are no unrealistic expectations - just down to earth good advice. I have been looking at houses for about 2 months. It was brutal. I had to do all my homework on realestate.com.
