This is a good example of buying a property sight unseen. Surfing the internet, we came across a property on MacLeay island and entered into discussions with Anne. To our surprise, Anne went the extra mile to answer all our questions and made recommendations on some of our trickier concerns. This put our mind at ease and we proceeded to sign a Purchase Agreement. During our break back to Brisbane Anne offered to take us to the house and for the first time we managed to see the property and it was as Anne described. Settlement happened while we were still overseas and Anne has kindly offered to hold on to the keys until our return. We are a very elderly couple add really appreciated the way that Anne helped us through a very trying period. Nothing was too much trouble, both with the selling of our home and the purchasing of a retirement village unit.
