Scott did a fantastic job selling our investment unit which was quite unique in place and location. Scott spent the time to ensure the unit was presented at its best to maximise our success AND he even watered our orange tree and vertical veggie garden when he arrived for the opens. He was very professional!

I recently bought my first home through Scott, and I found him to be very helpful and easy to work with. Scott was always easy to get in touch with (the few times he couldn't take calls he returned them very quickly) and he always covered any questions i had for him. Scott achieved a good outcome in selling my home, from the first open. Scott is an excellent communicator and kept me in the loop through the whole process. Mention should also he made of Scott's assistant Gus. Gus was equally responsive and communicative to my calls. He has always impressed me with his high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. I would have no hesitation in recommending either Scott or Gus to prospective clients.

Scott was a happy pleasant person to work with and was professional in selling our house. He always answered our questions and provided assistance when we asked. Communication from Scott and Gus (although only heard from Gus twice) was disappointing. We found it inpersonal that we never knew when our open inspections would be until we saw it on realestate.com, and we always had to ring and ask for feedback about how the inspections went. The For sale sign appeared and disappeared with no notification. Once a contract was signed on our house we heard nothing until we rang to ask what we were to do with the keys and what time handover would be. We also never received the usb with photos of our house as promised. Scott is a lovely person but communication could be improved so th client knows what is going on without constantly having to chase him up.

We were really disappointed with the way Scott dealt with majority of us purchasing the property we asked the for sale sign remain up it never had a sold sticker on it and once I rang Scott to ask if one was being put up he said I've put one up but the sign will be taken down the next day so we went cause we wanted a photo with our sign and sold sticker on it and the sign was gone. Everything was to much of a hassle and overall disappointing and would never recommend Scott to any of our family and friends. Negotiation was more of an abrupt almost argument he was working for the current owner and not helpful to us in any way! We had some trouble when it come to settlement I rang Scott for something and he answered and continued to speak about us and the situation while I was waiting for him to say hello how rude!

Being a fussy person, I was looking for a home for awhile and often met up with Scott at Opens he was managing. Always very courteous, helpful, down to earth & and well informed. And when an offer I made on a house Scott was managing was accepted, I was delighted knowing I was in good hands. Thanks Scott for all your help.
