I cannot fault the service we received from Scott. He was upfront, realistic & honest from the start. Very professional from the moment we spoke on the phone, he came prepaired with real figures & stats to prove he was the agent for us & he ws, he did exactly what he said he would do. Sold after the second open with an amount we could only hope for. Unbelievable follow through & keeps you posted all the way with his exceptional sales assistant Gus. I would recommend to anyone who will listen!

We are very happy with the prompt Sale of our home. Scott and Gus's knowledge and marketing strategy both in print and online was certainly a major contributor to attracting a buyer from a remote country town. The sale price was above our expectations and they also negotiated the settlement as we requested. Our home sold after the first open and within a week of going on the market. We had more than one interested party and Scott was fantastic at getting us a realistic, fair price. We sold our house in Happy Valley with Scott in November 2015. Scott's presentation on his knowledge of both the area and the current market were superb, both on paper and in person, and made him a hard agent to look past. He worked closely with us and made everything fit together when we pushed up the timeline and wanted our house on the market a week earlier than suggested. Gus, his second in charge, was a valuable asset - fielding questions when Scott was unavailable. The advertising - both print and internet media (with video) lead to dozens of inquiries within the first hour and more than sixty (that's right - SIXTY) groups through the house at the first open. Scott could foresee the busier than expected open and made sure three agents were on hand to help on the day. For us, the combination of a knowledgeable agent, top quality styling and great marketing, lead to multiple offers at the first open inspection, a quick sale and early settlement, at a price we didn't even imagine when we first considered putting out house on the market. Firstly we would like to thank Scott on the sale of our property. It was our first time selling a property which we thought was going to be a big hassle and quite daunting.
