From the first day my sister and I met with Karen, we knew she was the ideal person to sell our parents’ home. Having built and lived in the house for over 60 years, our parents found the whole experience quite overwhelming and very emotional and Karen knew she had a massive challenge on her hands, and she did not disappoint. Knowing the current market and how/when we would present the house to expected buyers, Karen went about the task so professionally and the way she explained in detail the procedure all the way to the end was fantastic. She was very polite, very patient, and compassionate towards the whole family along with a great sense of humour, which I found very reassuring, just a very lovely person. She was always available for consultation despite her extremely busy schedule. Exceeded all expectations and would recommend her in a heartbeat to any prospective seller/buyer.

We purchased this property on behalf of our son who works FIFO. He only saw it online. Karen is by far the most professional agent my wife and I have encountered. Her communication skills, integrity and knowledge gave us the confidence and our son to purchase this property. She was also most accommodating for last minute inspections and meetings. Her helpfulness and consideration even after settlement was most appreciated. This whole approach was very refreshing and rare, but as it should be to ensure that both the vendors and the buyers are comfortable with the process. Other sales people should take a leaf out of her book. Fortunately our son liked the property bought sight unseen which was made all the more pleasurable by Karen's personable and professional approach.
