Karen approached me to sell my property, who was always from the start very sure she could make this happen. During the process Karen had great knowledge of the area and was a good communicator. There were a few purchasers who put in very unacceptable offers and not once did Karen say (like a lot of agents have to me in my past experiences), that I may have to look at these offers or reduce the price. Karen remained always positive (never a negative comment) and always worked for me, her vendor. I can highly recommend Karen and would not hesitate to use Karen in the future. I would like to thank Scott for the dedication he displayed in the sale of my property at onkaparinga drive Old Noarlunga , not to mention the professional way he went about it. With his nothings to hard all in a days work attitude Scott made the sale of my property an easy transaction, I mean the guy even looked after my dog scooter ( a very cute yet attention seeking staffy ) every open inspection. Scott's knowledge of the market was obvious from the very first meeting with him. We had a home (our elderly mothers) that had been a bit neglected, Scott assured us that it was a saleable house and that he would work hard to ensure a sale. Scott facilitated cleaning, gardening and styling and the house ended up looking like a show home, and in fact had a huge number of people at the first (and only) open inspection. Definite interest resulted in an offer, and Scott's negotiating skills saw that offer increased to one we couldn't refuse. Scott's professionalism and knowledge made what could have been a very stressful experience in to a seamless one. My family can't thank Scott enough and have absolutely no qualms in recommending him, you definitely won't be disappointed

My first contact with Scott was actually a year prior to putting the house on the market. After deciding that it was not the right time to sell Scott maintained quarterly contact until I confirmed that we were ready to go to market. I then met with three agents and chose to go with Scott due to his professionalism, authenticity and intimate awareness of the area. Scott provided a simple three step approach to the 'campaign', which provided clear points of action in terms of what we could do to achieve the best price. I was impressed with the marketing strategy to maximize exposure of the property and in particular found that the promotional video of the property was of a high standard of quality and enhanced the qualities of the home and the surrounding area. Scott also provided an excellent contact for the staging of the house which I would highly recommend. By the time the house went on the market we were confident that we had ticked every box to ensure the best possible outcome. From the moment the house went on the market Scott provided clear communication on inspection times and provided immediate feedback in person followed by a more detailed report within 24 hrs. Scott's ability to read the market enabled us to make the necessary adjustments from week to week to ensure we were able to sell within a six week period. Scott also increased the inspections as the deadline drew closer and was able to close the deal when the right offer came through. We were also very impressed with Amy who undertook the bulk of the process once the house was under contract. Amy has a delightful personality and we felt that she was always available to answer questions and mediate effectively between us and the buyer. Amy went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including providing access to the property for the removal company while we were interstate. We found the overall standard of service authentic, professional and competent and would highly recommend their services.
