From the first time we met Scott at our free no pressure market appraisal we knew he was the agent for us. His market knowledge and credibility having sold many houses in our area was certainly a stand out factor for us. As well as his genuinely likeable personality. Credit to a fantastic marketing campaign, there was a massive turnout to our first open and we evidently sold our property following that single open having had received multiple offers above asking price! Scott's negotiation with the buyers from this point secured us a whopping $25000 above our asking price!! To say we are thrilled with this outcome is an understatement! The whole experience has been stress free which is not something I thought I'd be saying. Scott is incredibly approachable and has kept us well informed every step of the way.
