This is the second property I've purchased through Ashley at Elders Forster. On both occasions, I believe the sales wouldn't have been possible without Ashley's great communication and negotiation skills. His professionalism and knowledge of market value is to be commended and both times achieved very close to asking price of the property. I believe this is a result of not putting a ridiculous price on the property initially and scaring off potential buyers and getting false hopes for the vendor. Ashley was easily contactable at any hour of the day or night and was always prompt and punctual with letting you know about any progress or issues throughout the sale. I'd highly recommend anyone to Ashley at Elders Forster that was looking to sell or buy in the mid north coast area!!
