The sale of our organisation's property was in an area where I had no local knowledge of real estate agents or the market. It was also going to pose some unique issues, as the sale was subject to a Grant of Probate. The staff and management at Elders Forster were very friendly, helpful and informative in aiding a smooth transaction, communicating between myself as a property buyer to that of property vendor, during an contracted open ended wait on a long two and a half months from signing contracts to settlement day, waiting for the vendor to find a Penrith rented property, in Sydney. Once the vendor located a suitable rent-able property, settlement successfully concluded 21 days earlier then first contractually planned. I cannot safely judge whether any real estate professional person knows what real estate market knowledge is. My star rating is based on having no complaining comments, having not been pressured and/or over sold.
