Great Agent!
The process of selling a house can be stressful at the best of times with the right choice of agent being critical to a successful outcome. Spiro and his team managed the process of selling my property in a professional manner with a targeted marketing plan which resulted in the sale at the high end of expectation. Through the whole process the communication levels were excellent with every step from the first home open to final settlement being communicated on an almost daily basis. To start the sale process I did my research and was quoted by three alternative real estate agents including Purple Bricks, I can honestly say that whilst tempted by a cheaper pricing structure I made the right choice in choosing Mallison to sell my property with their local knowledge, commitment and enthusiasm in managing the process resulting in the sale price above expectation. This is the second property that Mallison have sold on my behalf I have no hesitation is recommending them as being the best option to sell your property.
