The only negatives were as per below - Spiro was absent from the entire process outside of the initial viewing. - Without sounding petty, we didn't receive so much as a handshake in congratulations of what was the biggest single financial decision of our lives, let alone a bottle of champagne or some kind of recognition of this - just the keys handed over in a box by reception.
