Very organised and efficient
Kate undertook an inspection of our vacant property the day after signing the property agent agreement. She was very aware of what current tenants prefer when they are looking to rent a property. There were issues that needed updating which had been neglected over the past few years. With Xmas approaching, they were organised quickly, as in the Gunnedah area there can be shortages of skilled tradespeople, goods and services. She secured a tenant within several weeks. We can highly recommend Kate as a Property Manager
