As someone moving from outside the area, Kate not only helped secure this lovely property for me but gave some great tips on the local area and moving companies that will make my transition far easier. Absolutely amazing!
Kate is such a lovely, easy going person! So easy to talk to and great at her job. Can ask her anything and everything and she doesn’t mind! She goes above and beyond for you, and makes the process of renting easy! Would highly recommend Kate to anyone. Doesn’t come across as just a job for her, can definitely tell she is passionate about her job and loves doing it which makes the process so much more easy 🥰

Full trust
I have had kate manage my property for quite a few years now with 3 tennants over the time. Each time I have trusted her judgement on the tennats and the going rate. I live in another state and don't get down to see the property very often so I have full trust in Kate as far as any maintenance and inspection done on the property

Incredible agent!
Have absolutely loved having Kate settle us into the current house we are renting! Kate's dedication, organisation and obvious heart of gold have made moving to a new town a dream. The house had some maintenance/renos scheduled to be done shortly after moving in and Kate made sure everything ran smoothly and that we were accommodated at every step. Knowing how trustworthy and approachable kate is at every turn is wonderful and we couldn't recommend her enough!
