I've known Eric since when I bought this house almost 2 years ago and when it was time to sell, I didn't even consider looking at other agents - Eric was the man for the job. I knew from the moment I met Eric 2 years ago when I was a buyer that he was something special, something different, certainly not your typical real estate agent stereotype.
