The choice to go with him and his firm was easy. We had got in touch with him just before the xmas break. He committed to what we thought was an ambitious timeline to get us an outcome, given that the market would slow down during the festive season. He promised to start the campaign straight away. And he did! His prompt and timely communications right thru' the process was remarkable. We knew we were in good hands. We felt well taken care of. Coming close to the committed date for getting us firm offers, we were pleasantly surprised. Bang on the schedule date, he indeed had a couple of firm offers well within the expected price range. The price we thought was excellent too. In summary, Joe and his team's efforts in facilitating the sale professionally and efficiently made it a worry free experience for us. Joe and team were prompt, clear and detailed in their communication and speedy in their execution every step of the way; in the midst of the festive season. It made us feel 'well looked after'.
