Joe was the agent during my first home purchase. Given it was my first time through I was quite nervous however I found Joe to be extremely helpful and communicated fabulously throughout the process. Some of the agents I had previously encountered came across as pushy and willing to say anything to talk you into a sale whereas Joe was the complete opposite. He came across as honest and genuine and let the property speak for itself whilst answering all my questions as best he could.
