At the first meeting, my husband an d I had a good feeling about his customer based manner and he was so professional in the landlord view. He has extensive knowledge and it was so reliable so at the first meeting without hesitating , we had decided to go with Manor. During finding the new tenant, we were impressed by high calibre of his team and responded quickly so we were satisfied his team and we have a good sense in their manner. I gave 3stars as the agent could have been more spontaneous and replied our messages or requests in timely manner. So as for the evacuation of previous tenant, more cleaning should have been done before bonds released such as cleaning kitchen bench, sweep floor etc, those basic cleanings rather than agured this was what was like when previous tenant moved in. Last but not least, should have confirmed with landlord whether the advertising board needed as I would assume it was not free??.

I spoke to Matthew for my leasing needs. He was on leave, but when he came back, he matched us up with a tennant in like 3 days. Hes very professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and understanding all at the same time and most importantly does the things needed to get the deal to get DONE.
