Paul was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable but was open, friendly and totally approachable. He carefully guided me through the process of auctioning our house which made me feel really comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting 5 star service. And we achieved way over reserve, I can credit him with that as well ! Helen Clifton

Jay’s knowledge of The Hills market was a contributing factor for placing our property with Manor. Jay, Marco and the team where always professional and were responsive. We were more than happy with the result.

Jay’s knowledge of the market is impressive and together with his team they were a force that are able to achieve the best outcome for my home. Highly professional and re-assuring from start to finish. From the trades they recommended for my home up to the sales strategy he suggested we take were all on point. Everyone was telling me to trust Jay and follow his recos, now I know why. He is an EXCELLENT agent, knows his market - had an absolutely brilliant result thanks to him.

The property was the selling of my late father's home, so it was a delicate time for me. Lachlan (along with Zach) was very understanding, keeping me updated with any issues and sale process. It has led to the property being sold for a good price.

We had no doubt that we were going to have Manor sell our home of 30 years. Igor & his team are so passionate they were there all the way through always keeping us updated that’s why they are number 1 in the Hills district.

Not only very professional but delivered result better then expected.

Living in Qld and choosing to remotely sell our old home Igor was great in working with us to get an outcome that we wanted. He worked through the increasing levels of COVID restrictions in Sydney with us and then worked hard with both our tenants and the customers to ensure people could access the property for viewing in a safe manner/
