Rinat stood out to us from the start, his expertise in the local market eased any concerns we had with selling our investment, especially during Covid. Rinat was always available and was able to provide a balanced perspective with well explained options. Very happy with our outcome and the overall experience.

Harry was an absolute pleasure to engage. His knowledge about our house was so outstanding, so much so that we made an offer and secured our dream home the same day!

Igor and his team made selling our house an amazing and less stress experience. He explained the process thoroughly and with his team got an amazing price for our house. I would highly recommend Manor to anyone wishing to sell.

Igor is a highly professional operator who is both easy to deal with and highly professional. This is the second property I have engaged Manor RE to sell. My expectations were exceeded on both occasions and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to sell their property. I will engage Manor RE to sell my future properties.

My home of 40 years needed a lot of work but I didn’t want the stress and expense of doing it up. When I decided to sell it as-is during Covid Lockdown, Ash from Manor Real Estate assured me there was a market for homes like mine and he would sell it at the best possible price. His honesty, professionalism, friendliness and positive attitude won me over. He patiently and enthusiastically guided me through the whole process. He constantly updated me on his progress and answered all my questions After one weekend of Covid-safe viewing (2 weeks after my initial contact with Ash), my house sold for a fantastic price – far exceeding my expectations and even Ash’s. I was thrilled with the smoothness, speed and result of the whole process. I highly recommend Ash and his Team to anyone looking for a trustworthy agent to sell their home in the Hills District.

For the second time in 6 months Ash Singh and his team at Manor have successfully handled the sale of family property - in this instance my family home. If you are looking for a switched on individual who is “Streets Ahead” of his opposition then look no further than Ash Singh. He clearly possesses a skill set that facilitates a good deal of engagement and rapidly develops high trust levels. He is adept at communicating with both sellers and buyers in a positive and professional manner. He seeks first to understand your objective(s) and then to utilise his knowledge of the local area to add value to the entire sales proposition. His thoughtful, intelligent inquisitive manner together with laser like focus creates a peace of mind that you have the right person on the job. He is highly proactive in his whole approach and responds rapidly when required to do so. In short he does what he says he is going to do, when he says he will have it done. Most recently he partnered with myself to achieve an extraordinary result that surpassed both of our expectations and in doing so achieved an all time record selling price for a single storey 4 B/R dwelling in Baulkham Hills. It was an absolutely wonderful outcome. I would not entrust my single biggest asset to someone who does not have the same passion and drive to produce the best outcome as Ash Singh.
Ash Singh
The result told how good Manor is, my house not those super big houses on big land, just a very ordinary house in the suburb. Ash is first agent I met in person and after that I wasted no time meeting any agent and finalised the deal in the same day. Everything went smoothly, Ash had deep knowledge and marketing skills, and nailed a very very good result for me. I couldn't be happier with the result from Ash Singh. Highly recommend Ash Singh and the Manor team to get you the best result for your home!
