I have long-term experience dealing with real estate agents in a professional capacity. When selling my family home I found Zach more than capable in handling all aspects of the sale process. He had a good knowledge of the local market, provided regular up-dates via phone and email and his professional advice was much appreciated. He responded to my queries quickly. His work in marketing the property and contact with prospective buyers, was obviously very good as it resulted in having six registered bidders on auction day and a successful sale on the day. Zach managed the whole sale process from our first meeting to the successful auction sale with professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend Zach to any prospective vendor.

“Zach Eadie did the best job ever!!! He went above and beyond his call of duty in not only selling our house but helping us to try and find a new place. His customer service and knowledge of the current market trends is second to none. He was always available, always reliable, personable, professional, passionate, driven, and hard working. Nothing was too hard for him. We had 1 week to get our place on the market and ready for open home and Zach did it with ease!
