I felt comfortable with Jay from the start, he knows everything that happens in his local market. He is well presented, professional and always contactable. We first went to campaign in Sept 2018 when the market turned, Jay did everything in his power to sell the house but unfortunately we did not get the price we wanted. I don't believe it was his fault, market conditions turned quickly and he couldn't have done anymore. We rented the property (through Manor) and Jay would regularly get in touch. 9 months later, we had a discussion and decided to try again with his extensive database, it was sold in 5 days at the price we wanted. Jay negotiated with all parties including the tenant for the sale to happen. There were some issues during the cooling off period, but Jay worked hard to ensure the sale did not fall over. I am a builder and worked with many agents, what I like about Jay is we worked together collaboratively, that's important to me. He is definitely the best agent I have worked with to date and his success reflects this.

I bought my first home in Hill district from Zach, who is an honest and efficient agent. He persuaded me into a contract that both meet the seller’s expectation and within my budget.
