Being my first home, selecting the agent was a very big decision. But all our concerns were put to rest when we first met him. He was at top of his game be it having multiple open houses in a week or following up with the buyers. He also gave us a regular update from time to time and answered all our questions patiently no matter how many times we called him. Matt and Zach were both professional and personable. They supported us through the marketing and sale of our home in a faultless manner, making daily contact calls with updates. Each week we met and received reports and advice and discussed the next steps. At the end of open homes all candles were extinguished and the house was secured.
