Thanks Igor for the opportunity to reflect on your wonderful and gifted talents .. I trust your family is well. Before I selected Igor to sell my place I interviewed four Realtors. I then delayed my decision to sell and the market fell. Accepting that position I took comfort in the fact that the somewhat reduced end result was still substantially higher by multiples to the purchase price 18 years earlier. Coming back to Igor was fairly straightforward .. based on his expertise, obvious commitment, professional approach, and willingness to get his hands dirty he was head and shoulders above the others. I found Igor's process through the sale to be structured and simple. At all times arrangements are kept, contact is made more than weekly, he and his staff are respectful and he can support a professional view with evidenced based material.
