Jay and his Team from Manor did an excellent job in Marketing and Selling my property in Baulkham Hills. RateMyAgent feedback and reviews said it all - when I was deciding on an agent for the Baulkham Hills area. The team at Manor delivered. Jay was easy going and very quick in communicating with me, even when he was on a family holiday overseas. He gave me the right advice in terms of the process and eventually deciding on an Auction which hit the mark. I cannot thank Manor enough with the high quality of work they provided for me during the overwhelming times of selling my home. Highly recommended company !!!

I had a fabulous experience buying this house in auction from Zach. He is highly professional and caring at the same time. I felt comfortable and confident with his advice. I will be undoubtedly working with him in the future when I want to sell my house.

Jay and his team was just amazing and very professional. Jay was able keep everything under control. Especially when my family and I were overseas for majority of the sale campaign. I recommend him to anyone that is wanting to sell in the Hills.

From the moment I contacted Jay from seeing his sold signs all over my suburb he left me confident he would get the job done which is exactly what he did. At our first meeting he inspected our home and told us what to do to achieve the best result. The communication with his team mates was also outstanding. Highly recommended and wouldn't use anyone else.

On first meeting Jay he was unlike any other agent in the market. Hard working, transparent and extremely engaging. We felt at ease that he had our best interest at heart and would represent us well to get the best outcome. I could not recommend this agent more highly!
