Igor was really easy to deal with, kept me informed of interested buyers and feedback both informally and via weekly reports, and worked hard to complete a sale at a great price. I would definitely recommend Igor to anyone wanting to sell their property.

We were very happy. Jay advised us who he believed was going to be our buyer and who to market to during our first meeting. He was correct. We got a great price we were thrilled with!

Zac was very professional at all times and a pleasure to deal with. He has excellent knowledge of the local market trends, previous sales and kept us informed every step along the way. I would highly recommend Zac and the team at Manor.

From the very first moment I walked into the Manor office, Zach was able to get me on the right path to search for my home, from that point on-wards I was on my way to secure the family home I have been imagining for the past 2 years. Very approachable, very helpful and made the process a whole lot easier. Many thanks Zach and wish you and the team at Manor all the best.

Rinat is good, he's done his research well on market trends, good communication, and a trustworthy agent. We had a small hiccup regarding the settlement date timing but he was able to negotiate it with the buyer. We highly recommend Rinat!

Thanks so much Jay for all your assistance. You went over and above to help both seller and buyer. All the late night calls, early morning texts and giving up your Sunday to exchange contracts was customer service at its best.

Very personable and so we had a great rapour. This made strategy discussion and planning a breeze.

Igor and Declan were the selling agents for our property. In all dealings with them, we found them to be knowledgeable and of great assistance in the successful outcome of our sale. We accepted their advice on our sales approach which lead to a sale "off market" - without the need for an extended advertising and marketing campaign.

It was so easy with dealing with Igor during that difficult period & Igor makes it going so smooth. Communication is very clear & had no issues at all. Will recommend him without any hesitation.
