From the moment we met Leon we felt our house would be in good hands. Our parents had built this home when we arrived in the country as migrants in the 1960's, and it has been our family home ever since. This was a very emotional time for us. Leon understood and was respectful throughout the process. We were informed of the process and our choices of sale from the very beginning. Never was there any pressure to do anything we were not sure of or happy with, and the pace of the sale was set by us as a family. It was a smooth purchasing process with Alex. Appreciate all of his supports. However, throughout the post contract process with Alex until the settlement day, I had a valuable lesson that if you have any little concerns or questions about the property, it would be best to engage direct with your solicitor rather than dealing with the agent, as the agent will have no responsibilties apart from giving you the access to the property! Sometimes a wise agent with ample experiences would be always helpful.
