It was an absolute pleasure working with Jay for the property buying and selling. Started with buying journey. He tries to make time for everyone inspecting the property. He has very good grasp of the suburb and recognise every street and building!!!. He is always polite and genuine when provide details and he calls out openly that he is the vendor agent and tries his best to justify that. I was not successful in buying with Jay but his approach gave me confidence to go with him for selling my property. Jay was always polite and gave good advise on preparing the property for sale. His expert advise on shorter auction campaign paid-off. He gave honest opinion on the price guide and the rational. Though we were confident in getting a good price he was keep advising me to be prepared me for the worst case scenario. He was genuine in his advise on the price guide/ reserve and made it clear to me that the final call is from the vendor and never he tried to persuade me one way or other. I highly recommend Jay and his associates for the property selling in Baulkham Hills area.
