I initially contact Manor Real Estate to get an estimate and idea of any interest in my property which was in need of a full renovation. Jay Bacani was very quick to return my call and arranged to meet at the house. I was very impressed by how well prepared Jay was for the meeting, which I thought would just be an initial consult. He also impressed my sister and her husband and was very thorough in explaining the best way to handle what would be an unusual sale very quickly. Our property was sold within eleven (11) days of first meeting with Jay. Richard and Jake, two of the other agents, were also very helpful and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay Bacani and Manor Real Estate, especially for a difficult and unusual sale.

From my initial contact with Rinat, I was very quickly at ease with Rinat's ability to handle the sale of my home. From that day on, I was very confident having Rinat in control of the process - and that is exactly what he does - sticks to what needs to be done in order to achieve the desired result. There is no pressure, no panic, Rinat is solid and simply sticks to the plan. Rinat was meticulous throughout the entire process, always very clear with his communication and responded to any (and every!) message with impressive efficiency. At no time was I ever left wondering what was happening. Rinat was also an absolute gem in dealing with my Conveyancer, I truly believe he provides a level of service above and beyond. Rinat did not take the easy option to accept the first offer on my home, he continued to pursue and exhaust all options to the enth degree to secure the best price. I've dealt with other agents in the past and I've thought 'great selling agent, but would never buy from them' or vice versa - simply due to the character and lack of professionalism displayed when speaking of the other parties involved. I can very honestly say that I would obviously highly recommend Rinat as a selling agent but I would also not hesitate to be a purchaser, as his professionalism & respect to both myself and the buyer of my property was clearly evident. I feel very confident that he was not playing either party against the other, he was conscientiously working to achieve a favourable result for both myself as the seller and also the buyer wanting to secure their forever home. That's a rare and valuable characteristic in the industry. After the sale of my property there was an issue completely unrelated to Manor / Rinat, but Rinat did not hesitate to jump in and help me with a solution. That was impressive & a great help to me. As professional as Rinat is, Rinat is also very personable. Rinat's someone you'd pick to be on your team. He's got your back.
