My experience with Ash has been nothing more than professional honest and friendly. We have bought and sold several houses over the past three years and Ash has stepped up to the plate and did everything in our best our interest. I would highly recommend Ash Singh as your agent as he works for you.

After one viewing our home was sold, at above the highest valuation we had received. Sold off market. The whole process was smooth and efficient.

When we decided to sell our house we went to Zach with what we thought was some unrealistic expectations. Unlike other agents we spoke too, Zach was positive and keen to help us reach our goals. 5 days after our house was on the market it was sold and all our what we thought where unrealistic expectations where meet and exceeded. Zach and his team communicated well and where a pleasure to deal with through the process. Thank you Zach, this great result has helped us move onto our next adventure with a bigger smile.

Zach was outstanding! As this was our first property sale we thought it would be a daunting process but Zach made us feel very relaxed. He was extremely thorough, punctual and always kept in great communication. It really was a simple process. Thank you Zach & Manor for such a stellar job in the sale of our property.

Zach and his team made the sale of our property go effortlessly as they provided their professional support and advice. Their services and their recommended support companies (e.g. stylists, photographer) were fantastic and gave us the edge we needed for our sale. The auctioneer Ben on the day gave us direct advice on the auction process, and when needed gave sage advice on how to proceed, assisting Zach with negotiating a better price on the day. For what was our first experience in selling a property it was always going to be a nervous experience. Manor helped us navigate through all the different stages and kept the communication flowing to make sure we were up to date with everything. Highly recommended and would use again..

It has been a real pleasure, both personally & professionally having Ash look after the sale of our home. We had been dealing with Ash for almost 2 years before we put our home on the Market. We were on the Market for 5 weeks before Ash found a buyer for our home. Ash and his team were very professional throughout the open home process and kept us informed after each open home. We were also impressed that Ash ensured that our home was looked after as they had asked all visitors to remove their shoes before entering the home. Something that was important to us. We also got to know Ash on a personal level and had many evening chats after our open home. We look forward to keeping in touch with Ash in the future and can highly recommend him when selling a home. We will definitely be in contact with Ash for our next sale or purchase.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul and Alex to sell my house, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and communicative, making the entire process a breeze. They were always available to answer my questions and provide guidance, and their expertise in the real estate market was evident throughout. Thanks to their efforts, my house sold quickly and for a great price. I would highly recommend Paul and Alex to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

When I gave my home to Ash Singh to sell, I was a licensed Real Estate Agent myself. I knew the importance of local knowledge, when selling real estate, and although I had lived in the home for many years, my expertice was selling land from Developers to builders. I knew Ash was a dedicated, hard working young man, who had great insight into the local market, and an up to date data base of current buyers. I was right, Ash sold my home on the first weekend, for 52k more than I was prepared to accept. So, he made his own commission, and still left me with a nice surplus. I'm very happy with the result, and words cannot thank him enough.
