It has been a year since I sold this property through Manor. After observing the market and the performance of this rising star agent in distance, I have a feeling that my experience needs to be shared with the community. 1. Over quote the property price to lure the vendor for sale 2. Make false commitment 3. Change sales guide at day 1 once agency contract signed 4.low flexibility from the back office support , everything is chargeable , not willing to help 5. Promised to open 3 times a week and ended up 1 or 2, always late to present the house opening 6. Very flat marketing review weekly report , no focus no strateg no nothing 7. Poor analysis before the auction, not even be able to confirm solid bidder information before the auction, and late arrival again on the day. 8. No strategy to close the deal only push vendor to accept 9. No customer service spirit being a vendor agent 10.Poor market knowledge, no in-depth analysis, no empathy. My true feeling is this Agent has done more over marketing to build their brand. It was misgided when searching for good sales agent in this area. sale the property might be the once or twice opportunities in our vendor journey , we must sharp our eyes to choose the best one to suit you . Do not always rely on marketing , you should interview the sales agent as many as possible in person before making the decision. Lessons were learned and never happened again.
