Review property sale
Zach kept me up to date with all enquiries on our property sale and was very knowledgeable on what the market was doing at the time of our sale. Very happy with how Zach communicated with us and was empathetic with the emotional element of selling our family home. We got close to the price we wanted in a very unsteady market. Zach also sold my parents home for a record price, at the time.

Extremely Professional and Easy Going

Follow up was good, however only after my push the follow up went very aggressive.
Market knowledge about Zach is really good. He communicates to me about the Property information whenever requested. The only one is I ended up paying a little more from what I expected due to the suburb median price.

Helpful and Experienced
Rinat was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me well informed during the sales process. I would have preferred less verbal communication regarding offers below expectations and non-actionable feedback e.g. noisy, not enough natural light. Happy to read this in the emailed report (which was very helpful).
