Jay is a total professional- communicative, genuine and knowledgeable of the Baulkham Hills market. He takes the time to share his knowledge, walk you through the process and discuss the options. I liked how Jay had the courage to openly share how he saw it (which was not what I wanted to hear but certainly needed to hear). He communicated regularly keeping us across the status quo. Nothing was too difficult for Jay. What can I say but… thanks Jay 🙏

Alex worked for the vendor, but went above and beyond with the team at his agency to assist us as well. The transaction was smooth. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex. Thanks for your work and assistance.

Paul was professional and honest from Day 1. His deep local market insight gave us confidence to go with him. We were kept updated every step of the way since signing up and managed a favourable sale in a short period of time. Would highly recommend him.

My first introduction to Manor and Zach was in 2016, at the time I was not looking at selling but Zach kept in regular contact with me over the years keeping me up to date with the market but not pushing me to sell. I told Zach that when the time came I would use Manor and that is what I did. From start to finish the professionalism, advice and overall market knowledge provided by Zach and the entire team was exceptional. Zach didn't tell me what I wanted to hear he told me exactly how it was which at times I didnt want to hear. Following Zach's advice enabled me to achieve a good result in a falling market. I valued Zach's advice and would not hesitate to use Manor and Zach in the future.

This is our third property selling with Jay and he is more impressive as ever. Jay also has built a great strong diligent team to support the sale of property in all aspects. I have appreciated Jay’s input and advice before and during my quick renovation before selling; it has made a huge difference to the investment property so much so we had 27 groups came through on the first full campaign week and we sold the property that week which is impressive in this cooling market (whilst other property average around 4weeks or more). We can trust for Jay to provide accurate expert advice and bring his best negotiated outcome to us…and that is why he is best in business. It’s been amazing experience with Jay and Manor’s team.
