Harry explained the overall process and also the key features of the property in detail. The property was very nicely presented during the inspection and proper time was given to all potential buyers to have a look. Team of Harry and Antonio was really quick and proactive in closing this deal and had all the required details in hand (like valuation report , building and pest report) that really helped me to make a quick decision without actually waiting for bank valuation.
