John is the most knowledgeable and personable real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I started talking to John some 12 months or so ago when He knocked on our door canvasing the neighbourhood. At the time I was undertaking a laundry list of projects in preparation for placing the house on the market.
