Pauls knowledge was great and his communication with has been first class. At no times did we feel we were not being looked after during the entire process. Would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and Mannor Real Estate to any vendor

We were lead to Manor Real Estate through a friend and we are certainly glad that we were. From the moment we met Jay at our home, we felt at ease with his explanations and experienced advice on how to best market our home to achieve the outcome we desired. Jay was available to speak to at any time and lead an experienced driven team to ensure our property was sold. Thank you Jay and team!

We have had lots of experience with real estate agents but no one comes close to Jay Bacani. Jay's knowledge, communication and professionalism were world-class. He has his finger on the pulse and knows exactly where the market is at. He is enthusiastic, honest and very intelligent. We were always kept up to date with what was happening and Jay consistently demonstrated his commitment to going the extra mile. Jay and his team are the ultimate professionals and we highly recommend them.

After purchasing the property, they didn't bother to hand in the keys to my new house. They have asked me to drive to their office. Don't recommend to deal with him.

We found Jay from Manor Real Estate to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic and his service exceptional. The result Jay and his team managed to achieve was beyond our expectation as our property was sold on the first day it was listed on the market and at a price higher than our expectations. The Stylists Jay and his team recommended really presented the property in the best light, which helped to achieve the result we obtained.
