Paul was a delight to transact with during my property purchase recently. My interactions with him were quite crisp, honest conversations and I didnt find him beating around the bush during my negotiations with the vendor. He was quite helpful post the sale with my own checks, coordinated with the vendor and building strata for my some of queries. Found him and his team quite professional and available through out the transaction. I would highly recommend Paul Hanna from Manor Real Estate for your property search if you need a reliable agent with good understanding of the Baulkham hills property market.

Working with Zac was a positive experience, not just because our house was first shown on Tuesday and sold by Thursday. Zac gave us realistic expectations and listened to our wishes when it came to the listing. His promise of a large database of potential buyers was spot on resulting in 15 viewings on day 1. Zac and his team were courteous, thoughtful and professional and kept us well informed every step of the short process to sale. We are glad we chose Manor Real Estate and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
