Thank you Paul for contributing extraordinary efforts to find potential buyers for us. In order to get the best outcome, he would arrange extra time for inspections. He wholeheartedly served his clients and showed his professionalism. If you want to sell your property in Hills, it would be the best to call this gentleman who will give you the best result which exceed your expectation.

Zach Eadie was very calming from the 1st conversation. Full disclosure of the process and fees from the moment we sat down to talk terms. As this was our chance to capitalise on the Property Market for our retirement, Zach understood what this sale meant to our future. He owned this from Day 1, with constant feedback and advice. His team were great support, and we had a pretty stress free time on the market under Zach's tenure. And, he got us a Pre Auction result that far eclipsed our expectant sale price. Zach Eadie, we are so grateful to you and your Team. Sincerely, Pete Johnson and Linda Patchett.

Zack Eadie is the best Agent I have done business with over the years and he advised us on how he recommends how to approach our sale and 100% delivered and more than our expectations. Thanyou Zach once again

Ash has excellent knowledge and feel of the market. He made himself available to be contacted and was always prepared with a well thought out strategy. We’re grateful that Ash represented us in the sale and would recommend to all friends and family.

I met Igor over 4 years ago in some open home, he gave me great impression during initial interaction. Though I didn’t buy it from him I knew one day when I needed to sell he would be my first consideration. Fast forward 4 years later we were at the point of selling our well-beloved family home. The communication with Igor was smooth. He showed genuine interest into conversation with my husband and myself. He is easy to talk to with great sense of humour. Most importantly he had delivered a great result that we were happy with. Both my husband and myself were happy with our agent choice. Highly recommended.

Matt and the entire Manore team are some of the most professional agents going around. In particular, his understanding of the local market is excellent, and was great at communicating market expectations to us. He was very helpful on the pre-auction day in giving us his attention and clearly communicating the vendor's expectations to get the purchase over the line

We've just sold our 2 bedroom townhouse with Zach. We had 1 off-the-market showing and 2 weeks of open home inspections, both of which resulted in offers within the expected range. Zach made the process easy and realistic, helping us to set our expectations according to market capacity before-hand. He was always accessible and took the time to answer every question and address every concern. Ultimately when there were offers to consider, he was committed enough to come over and finalise the contract signatures and get the job done late in the afternoon; not leaving any doubts and uncertainties to tomorrow. Overall we are very pleased with the result and the process of selling our house with Zach.
