We are very happy Zach to be our Sales Agent. We chose a right person. He put a great effort to sell our property. We appreciate he's even working sometimes on Saturday night/Sunday morning to tell us the results or the status after the open house. He sent us a good record and report every week even though the property just only been sold within 3 weeks. Zach, thank you very much for your hard working. Well done!

Paul was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt, reliable, enthusiastic and helpful. He responded quickly to any questions or requests and is very knowledgeable about the Hills District property market and about real estate generally. We achieved our target price in less than 24 hours, so were extremely happy with the result. We can highly recommend Paul and his team to assist you with property sales in the Hills. Thanks Paul, we really appreciated your enthusiastic support! Well done!

At our first meeting, Paul came prepared, answered our questions, and had great insight into the market-which was the reason we chose him as our agent. We never regretted our decision! He gave us great advice about our campaign, we were always clear about what to expect, and everything ran really smoothly. He is a very dedicated agent and we always found him to be professional, respectful and friendly. All our Open Homes were managed well, and as we were not in Sydney at the time appreciated Paul's real-time feedback and status reports. Paul and his team showed great flexibility in managing the auction without us there (as we could not return to Sydney due to restrictions), and ensured that we were able to watch the auction online, and organised for a member of the team to be on the phone with us throughout. Paul achieved an excellent result for us and we would highly recommend Paul to anyone who is wanting to sell their home.

To sell your property you need a Real Estate Agent who is absolutely honest and effective from start to finish, I highly recommend that you meet with Ash Singh from Manor Real Estate. Ash Singh, You are an absolute legend. Thank you for your professionalism, knowledge of the market and most of all your honesty. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know you and dealing with you and your team. Highly recommended.

Matt did a great job highlighting all the features of the home in the one-on-one inspections (Covid restrictions). The time was limited, but it never felt rushed, even when I was late to the second inspection. I had a few separate questions about the property both before buying and after, and he was quick and efficient at chasing up the answers. He was contactable in a few different ways (phone, text, email) and was quick to respond to all of them. He was friendly and approachable.

Our experience with Jay Bacani - a well presented professional young man with a real attention to detail, answered the phone, replied to texts instantly and was a real pleasure to deal with. We also felt Jay was honest. Other agents would lie about other buyers or higher offers - Jay was straight forward and no garbage. Other agencies would always say bad things about manor and there staff - I couldn’t understand why. Nothing added up, it could only be jealously from other agencies not having there success and profile in the hills district as to why they’d say anything bad. An agent should give the customer an experience they’ll never forget. During COVID lockdown, we bought our home within 24 hours all because of Jay, Paul and manor real estates Hard work and dedication. Buying or selling In The Hills - call manor. 11/10 stars.

We just bought through Paul, Jay and Manor Real Estate. We had been looking for months and encountered agents that could barley speak english, some wore jeans and sports jackets and all had consistent traits - didn't answer the phone, could not negotiate and were a nightmare to deal with. Paul, Jay and the team at Manor were none of the above. The home went online yesterday, we called them same day and booked an appointment for today. I viewed the home with my family, made an offer on the spot and we closed the deal signing contracts just 6 hours later sealing the deal through a COVID lockdown with ease. Whilst buying many agencies claim they are number 1 in Bella Vista. I can tell you first hand nobody comes close to Manor. Buying or selling - Pauls your man. Thanks for a smooth transaction lads. Would rate 6 stars if possible.

Rinat kept in touch, rang when he said he would and kept us fully informed. His advice was useful and he earned a really favourable price for our sale. The video and photography showed our property up magnificently.

John was an absolute pleasure to work with. As this was our first purchase, John was always available to guide us through the process. He knew the local market well and ensured the interests of both ourselves and the vendor were taken care of.

From the first meeting with Jay his experience and professionalism was evident. Jay and his team showed their commitment from day one, putting us at ease throughout this process. We would highly recommend Jay and Manor Real Estate to anyone looking at selling in the Hills area.
