From the start we felt supported and well-informed of the steps to sell our home. Rinat was always available when needed and responsive to our requests. Thankful that selling our home wasn’t stressful and we felt in good, confident hands.

Kevin was very insightful and made the whole process of selling smooth and stress free. In this unprecedented time of Covid19, he told us his thought of which direction the market would go and we took his advice, leading to a quick sale.

We are so glad we chose Jay as our agent for our recent auction of our home. Jay and the whole Manor team were amazing from start to finish. Jay is incredibly knowledgable, professional, friendly and we are so happy with how it all went.

Paul I don't know what else to say my friend. The speed in which you sold my apartment was incredible !!! You have got to be one of the most courteous and professional real estate agents I have worked with in recent times. Keep up the brilliant work !!!

Manor Real Estate had been recommended to me and I was fortunate to work with Rinat in the processes of the preparation of my property for sale and the prompt sale of my property. Rinat was willing to provide recommendations for services to use, which were all carried out promptly and efficiently. He has excellent knowledge of market trends and what buyers are looking for. His communication was consistently detailed and prompt. He was proactive in making suggestions and also in answering questions and explaining steps in the process. I was in the situation of having a tenant in the property and being overseas through the entire time. Rinat was considerate of my tenants needs as well as the time difference in communicating with me. He has a great problem solving approach and while he appreciates that decisions are made by the seller, he is also willing to make suggestions to expedite the process. I was particularly thankful for his expertise, excellent communication and ability to liaise effectively with all parties.

We would highly recommend Rinat from Manor Real Estate. We have worked with other real estate agents before, however Rinat was so easy to work with, and professional. He made the process of selling our house extremely smooth and easy. Due to his efforts, we were able to sell our house off market after having only 1 open house, and we had achieved an amazing price as well. To anyone who is looking to sell, Rinat from Manor is definitely who you should go to!

Harry always meticulously prepared and presented the home for open house inspections, come hail or rain. His extensive local market helped us highlight the aspects that buyers will be looking for in a property like ours. We highly appreciate the team's unrelenting efforts.
