Jay is a very confident and qualified agent. He knowledge of the area was outstanding and this was evident in the number of homes he has sold in Baulkham Hills. The price he told us, that he had in mind for our property, was higher than what we expected and Jay reached that price in one open home in one weekend and no internet advertising was required. Truly amazing. Jay was also very easy and comfortable to work with too. If I had another property to sell I would definitely use Jay without hesitation.

The level of service we received from Zach and his team, Matt and Joel was exceptional and at no point did we feel that our expectations were not met. My initial contact with Team Eadie started with a chat with Joel and its his regular market updates over a period of approximately 15 months that made me contact Manor when we decided to sell. This was followed by Zach's visit and subsequent recommendations. Zach and Matt kept us up to date and well informed throughout the campaign.

From the first friendly knock on our door to the wonderful news that "we'd sold", John has impressed us "over and beyond" with his knowledge and enthusiasm in order to get us the best possible outcome for our home. He was dependable and trustworthy, constantly keeping us up to date with developments throughout the whole process. John ensured that our home was "sale ready", and we cannot fault him or his amazing team on their professionalism and passion. I would thoroughly recommend John and the team from Manor Real Estate to anyone considering selling their home. Thank you John for everything! David and Vicki Taylor.

Zach was an absolute pleasure to deal with during the purchase of our property. He was always very responsive to any requests and questions and always happy to go out of his way to help. Being a local, Zach was also able to provide insights into the local area and schools, which helped a lot as we are coming from out of the area. Would highly recommend Zach and will definitely use him if/when we sell!

Our house was always going to be a difficult sell, being on the low side of the road, many rooms and a house that has been lived in by a big active family. May be Covid didn't help either. The Manor data base of Buyers yielded no interest. Listing on Real Estate.Com.AU yielded some good results. A single buyer visited several times, but we felt we had to keep rejecting Zack's recommendation to sell at certain prices, until we reached an OK price. The final selling price was way below the price mentioned in the initial discussions.

We first met Zach and Matt a few years ago when we started thinking about a move to a new home. Given we ended up purchasing land and constructing our new house, it took some time to actually get to the stage of selling our existing property. Over the years, Zach and Matt kept in touch and provided regular and relevant feedback via text and other communications in relation to market activity in our area. When the time came to sell, it was an easy decision to give the sale to Zach. Manor Real Estate have the most sales in our area, so we also thought that there would be a marketing advantage given the existing relationships they have established with people looking to buy. Our sales and marketing campaign was short and sharp and we had regular follow up discussions and meetings in relation to leads generated from the open home sessions. Any enquiries we directed to Zach and Matt were always responded to in a professional and timely manner. Our auction result was above expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending Zach and his team.

My partner and I were looking to purchase our forever home and came into contact with Zach on numerous occasions throughout the search. As i'm sure most people looking at this can appreciate, the search and everything involved with the process can be extremely stressful and time consuming. That's why it was so nice to have someone like Zach help us through the process with his market knowledge and personable nature. He was always quick to get on the phone and always up for a chat. Personally we found him to be straightforward, friendly and reasonable which was refreshing! If you're looking for a bit of insight into the Hills District of Sydney, we'd highly recommend Zach and the team at Manor.
