John listened to us. Sounds obvious, but he genuinely listened to our wishes and hopes for the sale of our property. He was able to articulate his method of selling and achieving the best outcome for us in a way that made us feel confident. He and his team have a deep well of experience in Beaumont Hills and were able to tap into buyers in that market as well as those in neighbouring postcodes. His communication with us, at every step along the way, was of a high standard. Calm and concise and timely. John was able to secure a buyer and to achieve an outcome that was better than we had dared to hope for. Our experience of working with John Grima and the Manor team was fantastic and I would highly recommend him and them to anyone thinking of selling in the north west of Sydney.

John listened to us. He took the time to understand our circumstances and wishes for our future, and he clearly articulated a plan for the campaign that would achieve the best outcome for us. We are not gullible clients. We’ve done this before. But I can say that the outcome of his planned approach more than met our expectations. He kept us informed at every step and ultimately secured a sale that we were more than happy with. He is highly professional and has convinced us of his integrity.

John's knowledge of the area was outstanding. He knew the sales data for not only what his agency's listings, but for the suburb. Nothing was too much trouble, he responded to every query in a timely manner. Great advice and feedback on how to improve on the property and generally what buyers are looking for. He was realistic with his price guide and achieved that within 2 weeks. John and the entire Manor staff through whole process were friendly and professional, highly recommended.

Angela is always so beautiful, elegant, and warm. Throughout my home-buying journey, she has given me many professional recommendations and encouragement. The entire process felt reassuring and well-supported. What impressed me the most was that, due to my busy work schedule, I sometimes had to contact her very late. I felt sorry about it, but her responses were always positive and warm. She made the whole process of finding the right property much easier and more enjoyable. I truly appreciate
